Nursery Ministry

At Heritage, we believe that every child is a special gift from God. Therefore we want to provide the best love and care possible. Children begin to develop an attitude about God and about church even from their earliest experiences. Our nursery program strives to be a loving and enjoyable place so that each child’s earliest experience will be a positive one.
Safety
Because your child’s safety is of utmost importance to us, we take steps to ensure their stay in the Heritage nursery will be safe. Our ratio of children to staff is 6:1 in the creeper, toddler and preschool rooms. In the infant room, it is 3:1. To limit the traffic in our nursery rooms, we receive the children at the Nursery Reception Desk were they will be given a security label with pertinent information on it. In addition, we have a state-of -the art pager system so that parents can be notified quickly if a problem arises.

Infant nursery: birth through 12-15 months Creeper nursery: 12-15 months through age 2 Toddler nursery: age 2 through age 3 Preschool nursery: older 3 year olds through age 4

Sunday mornings 8:30 – 12:00 Sunday evenings 4:45 – 7:30 Wednesday evenings 5:30 – 7:00 Bible Studies: times vary A nursery is provided for all church services and many church–wide events.
